We are Hoover Authorised Service Agents and members of R.E.T.R.A. (the electrical retailers association).

We have both a large private client base and a wide variety of corporate clients, which includes everything from 5 star hotels to housing associations and hospitals to council authorities. Specifically in your category, for many years we have been working regularly with many local letting agents.

Whether you choose to repair or replace an appliance, Domestic Appliance Services are the only company you need when dealing with kitchen appliances in rented property. Our experience and professionalism reduces the workload for Letting Agents.

To raise a job order you will simply need to send us an email, listing the tenant's name, address, telephone number and appliance type - we will do the rest. We liaise with the tenant directly to arrange an engineers visit at a time slot that suits their schedule (they will be offered an engineers visit either same day or next day). Alternatively if the tenant requests it, we can collect and return keys from the letting agents.
